Referral Fees
Referrals to FRP by the lodging entity must be accompanied by a referral fee of $2010 as prescribed in the Corporations (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001 - Schedule 1 - Item 53.
Prior to lodging a referral to the Financial Reporting Panel the lodging entity must initially obtain ASIC's consent to the referral - see section 323EH(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.
